Who we help
We help anyone over the age of 18 who has been diagnosed with
a life-threatening illness, if their GP Practice lies within
our referral area (see map).
The Hospice also extends this support to families and friends
of patients known to us or to the Macmillan Team.
You can be referred by any health professional or you can
contact us yourself.
Occasional exceptions can be made to the referral criteria.
