Training
This is provided through Education and Training Department, bringing
together education, research and development, clinical governance
and practice development.
The underlying aim is to improve patient care by supporting and
sharing new developments in palliative care.
We are extremely supportive of training needs for all staff and
aim to accommodate staff requirements wherever possible.
Pensions
As a member of Cotswold Care Hospice staff, you have the option
to join our Stakeholder Pension Scheme, or if you have previously
been a member of the NHS Pension Scheme then you will have the option
to remain in this scheme and the Hospice will pay the employers
contributions.
Holidays
The holiday year runs from 1st April to 31st March. All full time
staff receive 25 days holiday for a full year's entitlement, plus
Bank Holidays. Part Time staff will receive holidays pro-rata to
the number of days they work.

high quality and is sold at subsidised prices.
