Don't forget that we can reclaim the tax on any donation you make as long as you are a UK tax payer. Simply click here to download a Gift Aid Declaration form and your personal donations will be worth 28% more to the Hospice.

In Memoriam Donations
At some point in our lives, we all experience a sense of loss following the death of a family member, friend or colleague. Cotswold Care Hospice offers you the opportunity to remember someone special by making a donation via cash or cheque.
