Facilities

The Education Suite occupies the lower ground floor of Cotswold Care Hospice and is accessed through its own entrance and car park. There are two training rooms available for hire as well as the Bistro/Books room which houses the library and dining area. This room can also be used as an extra small discussion room during a larger seminar.
There is disabled access and facilities and ample free parking.

Training rooms
Both rooms in the Education Department provide ideal training and meeting facilities:

• The larger Conference Room can accommodate 55 people comfortably in seated theatre style although larger numbers could be accommodated for with extra seating.
• The Meetings room which is divided from the Conference room can accommodate up to 12 people.
• The rooms can be hired for half or whole days.
• Teas and coffees are included in the hiring price.

Bistro/Books room

• Library facilities are situated within the Bistro/Books room.
• Ideal room for extra group discussions.
• Tea/Coffee facilities.
• In House catering is available on request.
• Delegates can bring own lunch and refreshments including outside caterers.
• Private study space is available with internet access – please contact Education Department to ensure Education Suite is not being booked.
  

All profit generated from the hire of the rooms assists with the running of the hospice.
Prices will be reviewed annually each April.
Discretionary rates may be available for groups with limited means or where there are reciprocal arrangements. Please discuss with the Head of Education.

Conference Room - includes dining area

Will comfortably accommodate 55 people in either:

• Seated theatre style in three rows
• Group work style - around a variety of easily movable tables –please state how many delegates or tables

Whole day (9am – 5pm) £100.00
Half day (9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm) £50.00

Meetings Room – includes dining area
Will accommodate 12 people around large table
Flexible seating and tables available
Ideal for break out room

Whole day (9am – 5pm) £65.00
Half day (9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm) £35.00

Whole Education Suite including reception area, both training rooms and the dining area. £130 per day
