Very many thanks for your interest in signing up to this year's Cotswold Crunch Cycle Ride in aid of Cotswold Care Hospice.
As you may or may not know - we are busy at the Hospice extending our current Creative Therapy Space for our patients, which we had hoped to have had finished before 'The Crunch' took place. Unfortunately as with most building projects we are going to overrun into October.
As we are limited in terms of space during the building work, we have taken the difficult decision not to hold the Cotswold Crunch this year.
Although we are not running this event you might like to take part in the Cotswold Autumn Classic which takes place on Sunday 6th October.
This event is being run by the fabulous chaps at Performance Cycles who looked after our cyclists with mechanical support and signage during last year's Crunch.
The event will offer riders the choice of 50km, 100km, or 100 mile (160km) routes through some of the best countryside the Cotswolds has to offer, starting and finishing in Cirencester - and you won't need to decide on the route you're taking until you get to the split point on the day.
Each route will be comprehensively signed, with well stocked feed stations out on the route (one for the 50km and 100km routes, and two for the 160km route) and motorcycle outrider support and 1st Aid Cover from the NEG MediBikes. Mechanical support will be provided on the day by Performance Cycles, at the start, each feed station and also in a support car out on the road.
If you would like to take part in this event and raise money for Cotswold Care Hospice please sign up with the sportive following this link http://www.cotswoldautumnclassic.co.uk/ and then let us know and we'll send you a fundraising pack.
